As the Senior Manager of HR Technology Audit and Compliance, you will advance internal processes, practices, and standards required to run end user application and data security in HR Systems. What you'll do on a typical day: Build and periodically update HR System security policies and procedures to ensure they accurately reflect organization standards Collaborate with other departments (e.g. ITSS, Internal Audit) to direct compliance issues through appropriate channels for research and resolution Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develop/implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provide general administer processes to direction on how to avoid or take care of similar situations in the future Conduct periodic enterprise-wide audits of systems using HR data Implement changes to meet internal or external audit requirements or address findings as a result of internal system audits Perform internal department audits to maintain compliance with policies, procedures and SOX standards Keep tabs on industry regulatory environment and changes Ensure execution of all audit plan documentation and tasks with the appropriate level of consistency and governance Review required audit narratives on an ongoing basis What you need to succeed at XPO: At a minimum, you'll need: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Business, Management, Information Technology, or related field 10 years of relevant strategic and tactical HR and/or HR Systems experience It'd be great if you also have: Master's degree PMP or SHRM-CP Certification Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to build complex formulas in Excel, and quickly learn and achieve proficiency in new software applications Proficiency with HR systems and tools Several years of compliance experience in large, complex organizations Be part of something big. #LI-HR1 XPO provides cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the world's most successful companies, including Disney, Pepsi, L'Oréal, Toyota and many others.
