review the following job description: Balance Sheet Advisory (BSA)
is a centralized advisory function within Wholesale Finance that
partners with business, Treasury, and Finance teams to help
optimize the firm’s use of capital, liquidity, and balance sheet
capacity. The team translates regulatory capital and balance sheet
constraints into decision?ready insights that support growth,
improve returns, and ensure resources are deployed where they
create the most value. This position will support Balance Sheet
Advisory by independently leading analytical workstreams related to
capital efficiency, RWA optimization, and return analysis. This
role is designed for an experienced analyst who can operate with
limited oversight, exercise sound judgment, and deliver
high?quality, business?relevant insights to senior stakeholders.
This role delivers financial analysis and reporting to support
decision-making across lines of business. Evaluates performance
against plans and strategic goals, prepares management insights,
and contributes to investment cases and value creation initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the

analysis and reporting to support decision-making across lines of
business. 2. Evaluate performance against plans and strategic
goals. 3. Prepare management insights and contribute to investment
cases and value creation initiatives. 4. Support development of
recurring forecasts and the annual financial plan. 5. Operate with
moderate autonomy and influence in financial discussions. 6.
Collaborate with business partners to align financials with
operational goals. 7. Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy of
financial data. QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications: The
requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge,
skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be

essential functions. 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance,
or equivalent education and related training. 2. Five years of
relevant accounting or finance experience that includes complex
financial analysis. 3. Ability to take direction and then work
independently to complete tasks while considering broader
implications or necessary additional analysis. 4. Ability to build
consensus through communication and presentation of factual and
relevant information. 5. Strong verbal and written communication
skills. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 7. Sound
and logical decision-making abilities. 8. Ability to work well with
others in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. 9. Proficiency in
computer applications such as Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint,
Word, Outlook, and other basic software products. Preferred
Qualifications: 1. Specific financial services or specialized
industry experience. 2. Proficient in Essbase/Hyperion, EPM/BPC, or
other enterprise accounting software. 3. Experience with
