following job description: Responsible for the origination and
sales of Interest Rate, Foreign Exchange, and Commodity derivative
solutions for clients. Works closely with relationship managers,
credit risk, other capital markets products, and support functions
to deliver solutions to commercial and middle market banking and
wealth lines of business, commercial real estate, and wealth.
Spends significant time daily interacting with clients, both
virtual and in-person. Some travel is expected. Essential Duties
and Responsibilities Following is a summary of the essential
functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major
and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may
change from time to time. 1. Applies extensive
industry/market/product knowledge to drive revenue production and
business growth. 2. Plays a key role in developing strategy and
objectives for designated business area. 3. Handles all aspects of
client interactions, including generating ideas and structuring
derivative solutions for clients, development and pitching of
marketing materials, directing and coordinating execution of
transactions and working closely with partners in relationship
management and capital markets 4. Some responsibility for
representation with fiscal, legal, regulatory & trade entities. 5.
Works closely with credit risk management to ensure proper
risk/reward balance of derivative transactions 6. Attracts and
retains top talent. Mentors and coaches junior staff Required
Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of

Series 7, 63 3. 7-10 years of related work experience 4. In-depth
knowledge of investment banking, market, industry sector and/or
financial products 5. Advanced skills in financial analytical,
sales, presentation, client relationship management, organizing,
leadership and interpersonal relationship management 6. Superior
skills in written and oral communications Preferred Qualifications:
1. MBA degree, with a Finance focus 2. 10-12 years of related work
experience 3. Experience with derivative products, including but
not limited to familiarity with ISDA documentation and derivative
