responsible for working on a portfolio of projects to support
Operational Excellence and drive Responsible Growth. Key
responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders to understand
and provide insight into processes to optimize and manage
operational efficiency and/or associated costs. Job expectations
include participating in full project execution outlining
processes/activities, associated talent, and cost outputs to drive
solutions and improvements through standardization, automation, and
other process improvement ideas. Responsibilities: Leverages
analytical skills and business acumen to provide a fact based data
set to key stakeholders Participates in data assessment,
collection, and analysis to assist in full project execution
Provides process and logistical support to leadership Coordinates
the sourcing, organization, and reporting of all data Skills:

Stakeholder Management Required Qualifications: Strong written /
oral communication skills and financial / data analysis experience
Ability to leverage Microsoft Office tools for summarizing both
qualitative and quantitative data Strong business acumen, attention
to detail, critical thinking, and analytical / organizational
skills Comfort operating in a project / consulting capacity
characterized by a dynamic work pipeline and needed flexibility in
the type of work performed Desired Qualifications: Bachelor’s
degree in accounting or finance Minimum of 3 years of related
industry experience Proficiency with Bank of America’s financial
systems – SAP/eLedger Knowledge of emerging technology tools such
as Alteryx and Tableau - technical expertise or an understanding of
how application of those tools can achieve benefits Traditional
project and change management including timeline development,
progress tracking and risk / issue identification Process
orientation - experience and comfort analyzing workflows and
identifying improvement opportunities Financial planning, analysis,
and reporting Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per

The Americas - Two Bryant Park (NY1540) Pay and benefits
information Pay range $129,500.00 - $156,800.00 annualized salary,
offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill
set. Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible to
participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are
eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall
individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and
contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the
