us! Job Description: The Core Technology Infrastructure (CTI)
Finance Team is part of the Global Technology and Operations
Finance (GTOF) organization. The team serves as strategic finance
partners to the various CTI leaders. This role will partner with
technology executive leadership to provide strategic business
advice and counsel, and to manage all aspects of the financials.
This job is responsible for serving the Core Technology
Infrastructure group and directing the day-to-day finance
activities to manage strategic annual planning and implementation.
Key responsibilities include performing forecasting, profitability
analysis, expense efficiency, pricing, financial reporting, and
overseeing value creation ideas and new investment business cases.
Job expectations include supporting management in key decision
making, and influencing and gaining support from financial
analysts. To be successful, BFO will need to build relationships
across finance, HR and throughout the technology organization. The
teammate will possess business, finance and technology acumen, and
have the opportunity to regularly influence business decisions. The
CTI Finance team is an active partner is helping the technology
group achieve their objectives and identifying opportunities to
continually improve. This is a dynamic and exciting place to work

technology lens. CTI leaders are responsible for providing global
technology support for 4000 applications across all AMRS, APAC and
EMEA data centers and global networks, over 7,500 resources and
over $3.5b in expenses. This role will review and advise teams
negotiating some of the largest vendor agreements in the Bank.
Responsibilities: Oversees the financial analysis and reporting
needed to provide Core Technology Infrastructure (CTI) and finance
leadership with trends and comparisons on all financial matters,
focusing on cost management, and operational improvement. Reviews
CTI’s financial performances and provides strategic direction to
teams by assisting with synthesizing key trends, assessing current
and future business risks, and preparing, analyzing, and reporting
on financial results and key metrics. Manages forecasting and/or
budgeting and compares current performance against plan, prior
periods, and forecasts to evaluate current and future performance
trajectory. Delegates and provides oversight to teams building
financial management reports, presentations, and ad hoc analyses
for CTI and/or finance partners Implements new and ongoing projects
and strategic initiatives by helping to create new processes to
automate key reporting capabilities and delivering on process
improvements and simplifications to enable increased focus on
strategic priorities. Builds, maintains, and manages partner
relationships across the Finance division and implements policies
and procedures that ensure integrity of the financials, sound
controls, and effective procedures. Demonstrates deep process
knowledge, operational excellence and innovation through a focus on
simplicity, data-based decision making and continuous improvement.

priorities, and contributions. Ensures proper risk discipline,
controls and culture are in place to identify, escalate and debate

inspecting and appropriately delegating teamwork. Required
Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience in
Finance/Accounting roles Proven experience with executive
communications and influence Highly assertive, independent, and
able to build and maintain relationships within CFO, HR and
Technology teams. Experience driving predictable results with
proper incentives and accountability. Demonstrated ability
interpreting and presenting financial data with logic and insight,
to partners at various levels in the organization. Experience
recommending solutions to facilitate organizational changes or
business strategies Ability to provide financial transparency for
expenses, and to align them to operational volumes and front office
revenues, promoting accountability. Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor or graduate degree in Finance/Accounting. Experience with
SAP Strong Technical Skills in Excel and PowerPoint Prior
