Job Description:

Description of the role:As an Automotive Billing Clerk at Mills Auto Group, you will be responsible for handling billing car deals and the tasks related to automotive vehicles sales.Responsibilities:

Process and posting car deals accurately and in a timely manner
Verify documentation and information for billing accuracy and timeliness
Communicate with Finance and Sales Managers in conjunction with the vehicle sales
Review and reconcile schedules pertaining to the Billing function
Process Trade PayoffsRequirements:
- Previous experience in the Automotive billing or accounting department
- Experience with CDK software and online title software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skillsBenefits:
