Responsible for processing billing for vehicles sold and to post
sales.Supervisory Responsibilities: - This job has no direct
supervisory responsibilities.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
may include the following:
- Processes bills for vehicle sales
- Wholesale title work
- Posts to the general ledger vehicle sales
- Verifies that cash is received for vehicle sales
- Verifies gross profit with sales managers
- Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
- Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
- Participates in required training
- Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping

- Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.

- Complies with Company policies and procedures
- Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and
regulations in the performance of duties.

high volume environment desired. Strong organizational skills

-Automobile Salesperson LicenseComputer Skills:Intermediate
knowledge of Microsoft Office Products. - Ability to learn the
Dealership Management System, Spreadsheet software, accounting
software, and inventory software.Communication Skills:Ability to
understand and follow instructions. Ability to communicate
effectively withcompany personnel.Attendance Expectations:The
position requires regular and predictable attendance. - Scheduled
shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.Physical
Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is
