Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounting Supervisor to oversee our a team of Staff Accountants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Accounting/Finance, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for supervising a team of Staff accountants
* Associate hiring, training and development including:
o Management of day-to-day performance of accountants to meet expectations
o Tracking, reviewing, and communicating KPI performance
o Ensuring associates receive all necessary training and support
o Preparing and proposing yearly performance appraisals
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
--- MBA or CPA preferred, but not required
--- 4+ years of accounting experience
--- 2+ years of supervisory experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $91,000.00 per year
