JOB TITLE: Supervisor, Billing OperationsCode: CBI405 -Do you excel at working cross-functionally to achieve common goals? BE PART OF THE CONNECTIONAs a Billing Operations Supervisor on the Business Integration team, you'll be responsible for the timeliness, integrity, quality, and accuracy of the Charter Billing Operations team. use your extensive project management experience to manage multiple projects within highly complex or enterprise-wide programs. You'll ensure successful integration of projects and adjust project scope, timing, and budgets based on business needs. -WHAT OUR BILLING OPERATIONS SUPERVISORS ENJOY MOST

• Developing program strategies that support business cases and various high-level project plans
• Serving as a mentor to project managers and project leaders to educate and assist them with processes and improvements
• Ensuring the use of established project management processes and methodologies to deliver on project scope while meeting or exceeding quality standards
• Directing and reviewing plans and teamwork assignments, escalating resource needs, ensuring completion of quality reviews, and driving issue resolution
• Communicating program strategy, direction, and changes to leadership and other stakeholders
• Partnering with leadership from the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities to achieve enterprise goals -On a given day you'll oversee team activity and Billing platform data entry and updates to ensure timely completion and overall accuracy are energized by the challenges of an ever-evolving category.
  WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM -Required Qualifications
  • Experience: Project Management experience: 7 or more years
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Abilities: Work independently with no supervision and guidance; communicate clearly both orally and in writing; define key performance indicators/metrics; effectively analyze and interpret data; document, prepare, and deliver data-driven presentations; influence internal and external key stakeholders and build consensus; conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans; manage complex program and project budgets -Preferred QualificationsProject Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum -SPECTRUM CONNECTS YOU TO MORE
