The Financial Systems Project Implementation Manager will support
the Finance and Accounting team in both strategic and business as
usual initiatives to drive execution of the project delivery
lifecycle and ensure business requirements are tested effectively
and efficiently prior to deployment into production.
The Implementation Manager must be a self-starter, able to work
both independently and as part of a team and thrive in a fast-paced
environment. Effective project management skills are a focal point
in delivery of excellence to our internal teams and to our
customers.
Location: Please note, candidate(s) must be located at one of the
posted locations. Hybrid work environment (2-3 days in office). Not
a telecommute/remote role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.

Manage and empower multiple direct reports supporting strategic and
business as usual initiatives to drive completion of assigned
deliverables
Assess projects and initiatives within the bank for impact to
Accounting and Reconciliation
Develop and own intake process to identify and collect key
requirements
Work with appropriate stakeholders to develop and maintain detailed
testing plans, ensuring organization and cross-workstream
coordination
Define and monitor testing progress against established timelines,
and serve as point of escalation where needed
Manage development and validation of testing deliverables and
review for approval with project leadership
Manage coordination with stakeholders (both internal and external)
from multiple applications and teams to facilitate effective
project execution through service introduction
Establish and maintain strong relationship with various systems and
line of business points of contacts
Ensure all project execution plans, timelines, metrics, and
risks/issues are communicated timely to project leadership
Identify and manage risks and issues that are arisen through the
project delivery lifecycle. Mitigating the risks and resolving
issues timely
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge,

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent education
and related training
6 years of experience as a project lead or test management lead
Experience managing a team of 3+ direct reports
Preferred Qualifications:
a. Finance and Accounting
b. SAP Financials (ECC)
c. Blackline reconciliation
d. Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
