Additional information about Snap One and its products can be found at www.snapone.com. -We are looking for an energetic and business-minded Senior Human Resources Business Partner for our North American Sales, Marketing, and Finance team. - In this role, you will partner with and support our business leaders driving our Sales, Finance, and Marketing strategy for Snap One. If you are interested in technology and global operations, then this is an excellent role for you. -As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the delivery of HR strategy and services to the North American Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams. You will partner with other HR Business Partners and the HR team in all aspects of talent management, employee engagement, organizational transformation, employee relations, talent acquisition and compensation. Your role will be critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. - If you are resourceful, action oriented and people-focused, then this is the role for you.Responsibilities

  • Help design and deliver the ongoing People strategy for the North American Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams in line with the business strategy
  • Be a trusted advisor and coach for the leaders in Snap Ones Sales, Marketing, and Finance organizations and a leader among the HRBP Team
  • Be a champion for our company vision, tenets, and culture
  • Evaluate and assess the needs of the Operations organization and provide guidance on organization design, talent assessments, workforce planning and succession planning
  • Promote the effective use of performance management, coaching, and professional development to improve and enhance team member success
  • Collaborate with executives in promoting employee engagement through surveys and action planning
  • Analyze trends and metrics within the organization to develop informed People solutions, programs and policies
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory complianceQualificationsRequired Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or relevant field of study
    • 7+ years of Human Resources experience
    • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
    • Proven ability to build relationship with business leaders and influence change
    • Understanding of business drivers when making decisions and resolving problems
    • Ability to travel as needed to other locations, potentially 15% of the timePreferred Qualifications
      • PHR or SHRM-CP certification
      • Global Human Resources Experience
