opportunity for a learning and development strategist. This is

approach.This pivotal role is responsible for building upon and
deepening program knowledge and experience while enhancing the
standard of all our client workshops and programs.The Learning
Strategist will use their knowledge and expertise in instructional
design and blended learning to pull together teams from across
Amplity to create and deliver learning programs that optimize our
assets. At times the focus will be on building new products and
programs to market to clients and at other times the focus will be
on specific client programs.Key accountabilities:Clients -
External/Internal
- Strategic leadership of program development in support of
External Client Programs
- Strategic lead on project teams, interacting with the client,
working independently on development of elements of the program
structure and coordinating as needed with SMEs for larger
projects.
- Understand client needs, working closely with the Business
Acquisition team to create applicable material where required
- Capture Capability Development philosophy and approach and work
across the business unit to ensure content writers are following
Amplity Health principles and processes
- Role model Amplity Health values and represent our brand,
demonstrating sound judgment and integrity in all aspects of the
role
- Stay up to date on the industry and trends developing within
the industry to help inform and shape new and innovative
solutions
- Collaborates with all project team members to develop content
and solve project challenges
- Encourage collaboration and innovation within Amplity Health to
enhance the quality and availability of capability development
materialsPeople
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with relevant
stakeholders
- Recognize, reward and encourage individual achievements while
maintaining a cohesive and collaborative team cultureProcesses

- Capable of owning their assigned work streams (including, but
not limited to development of strawmen, workshop-at-a-glance
documents, transcripts, and drafts, soliciting client feedback and
completing deliverables within expected timeframes) with little or
no direction from a senior writing team member without
oversight.
- Able to complete work personally or delegate without authority
in line with agreed priorities
- Input intostrategic planningin collaboration with therelevant
members of Cap Dev
Leadershiptoensurethebusinesshassufficientresourcesandcapacity
- Provide balanced performance feedback to ensure team operates
within a compliant framework
- Review all feedback provided from clients, participants, and
the Business Acquisition team to identify opportunities to improve
learning design
- As needed, the Learning Strategist may oversee writers
(contract or full time), with or without support from other team
members
- Develops Training Roadmaps, which include defined curriculum
with recommended modality and sequencing, that guide associated
curriculum development
- Nurtures the training concept throughout its evolution of the
project to ensure alignment with the strategic intent of the
project; includes strategic engagement with the client as required
- Develops engaging and effective training content that can be
delivered via multiple modalities and in-line with industry leading
practice
- Ensures that all training content they develop is developed
using the best, most effective, and efficient instructional design
strategies and leverages any available existing Amplity Health
intellectual property as necessaryFinancials
- Always operate within budget prepared and where these exceed
outlined budget, liaise with Project Management, Business
Acquisition and Finance to gain approval
- Ensures that training content they develop is being delivered
to optimize available modalities in alignment with the budget for
the project
- Approve any travel and expenses incurred by team in accordance
with company policies and within agreed timelines and budgets
- Operate in a cost-efficient manner
- Assist with any forecasting, expenditure planning and financial
data that Business Acquisition or Finance may requireEssential
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalentrequired
- Demonstrable experience in instructional design and learning
and development
- Pharmaceutical industry or relevant healthcare knowledge highly
desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrable coaching and facilitation skills, qualification
desirable
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages
- Solution driven with the ability to work collaboratively
- Exceptional customer focus
- Proof of Covid Vaccine at the time of hire is requiredOther

Bucks as required
