**About this role:**

Within Technology, the Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) group provides technology solutions and support for Risk, Audit, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Corporate Properties, and Stakeholder Relations business lines. In addition, EFT is focused on improving the Employee Experience across the bank and is uniquely positioned organizationally to drive impactful change for our employees. Specifically, the Employee Experience team is focused on identifying points of friction for our employees, aligning stakeholders across business and technology, and driving delivery. Our ultimate customer is our employees and improving their day-to-day experience. This role is an opportunity to join a newly forming organization that will interact with stakeholders across the bank and drive meaningful and impactful change.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Principal Business Execution Consultant to join the Employee Experience Team. In this role, you will lead a team to capture the end-to-end process, establish key metrics for measure current process and realization of improvements made, identify key opportunities identified in the end-to-end discovery, and partner across the impacted teams in the business and technology to drive delivery.

**In this role, you will:**

+ Provide vision, leadership, and industry knowledge regarding employee experience and driving impact for our employee's experience across highly complex cross organizational strategic initiatives

+ Lead the strategy and resolution of the most complex and significant employee experience challenges across multiple lines of business, driving improvement of the employee experience

+ Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, and broad reaching

+ Plan and manage strategic initiatives, using solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of user experiences

+ Effectively influence prioritization of delivery across multiple organizations to best support the end-to-end process

+ Balance a focus on strategy and drive output-based delivery - progress can be measured and quantified in value

+ Evaluate effectiveness and provide updates to key enterprise stakeholders, leadership, and executive leadership regarding the root cause, cost or benefit, and risk evaluations

**Required Qualifications, US:**

+ 10+ years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

+ 8+ years of Strategic Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

+ 5+ years of experience delivering user experience solutions

+ 5+ years of experience in an enterprise technology environment

**Desired Qualifications:**

+ A BS/BA degree or higher

+ Ability to lead effectively in a matrixed organization, developing partnerships with many business and functional areas, and having a strong execution and delivery, Relationship management and influencing skills.

+ Experience with Customer Journey Mapping

+ Strong organizational and project management skills with an ability to manage numerous, competing demands from internal and external stakeholders

+ Understanding of agile principals and products

+ Experience with process engineering and re-design.

+ Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management

+ Experience managing large transformation efforts within a major line of business

+ Strong ability to communicate effectively to senior business and technology leaders

+ A high level of comfort working with ambiguity or uncertainty and converting information into quantifiable concepts

**Pay Range**

$144,400 - $300,000 Annual
