It all begins with you.About this role:Counterparty Risk Oversight and Architecture team is seeking an outstanding Change Management Analyst with strong attention to detail and effective communication skills. This new position will work closely with Front office, Project Management teams, Counterparty Risk team members, technology and other stakeholders to establish structure and transparency in all change initiatives undertaken by the Risk Architecture team. Primary responsibilities for the position will include, but not limited to:In this role, you will:

  • Lead project workstreams with responsibility for performing analysis, creating deliverables and meeting timelines to implement Counterparty Risk Management solutions
  • Assist in the development and management of project plans, status & reporting, dependencies, issues, and risks partnering with the Business, Technology and other key stakeholders on the planning, execution, and management of various work efforts
  • Use problem solving and analytical skills to develop approaches and solutions (process improvement, change management, product management, project workstreams, etc.) to solve complex issues
  • Lead and influence other project resources, business stakeholders and partner teams to provide requirements, make decisions and create deliverables needed for successful delivery
  • Proactively engage and partner with Business, Technology, Legal, Finance, Quants, and other key stakeholders in Market Risk Management to define prioritization and drive the execution of strategic initiatives from initiation to implementation to transition to BAU
  • Drive decision making and issue resolution in moderately complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of the derivatives, securities trading, counterparty risk management and related business processes such as client onboarding and credit approval workflow
  • Develop and maintain multi-year roadmap of strategic capabilities and product build out considering business strategy and regulatory environmentRequired Qualifications, US:
    • 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: trading, desk analyst, Capital Markets, market risk, interest rate risk or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
      • 4+ years of Management consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
      • 3+ years of experience of consulting and strategic planning experience
      • 2+ years of experience building and executing implementation or project plans for multiple/complex efforts/initiatives
      • Experience with implementing solutions using the AGILE methodology
      • Experience with driving strategy to align risk management leadership vision
      • Ability to translate priorities into digestible actionable items for branch leaders
      • Strong communication and consultant skills
      • Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department
      • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships at all levels
      • Microsoft Excel spreadsheets experience importing, exporting, and manipulating data
      • Experience creating PowerPoint presentations including charts and graphs
      • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are importantJob Expectations:
        • A successful candidate in this role is expected to:
        • Establish a streamlined and structured process that captures and informs on new requirements for counterparty credit risk measurement and implementation efforts for the CIB and EMEA business growth strategies.
        • Maintain and improve upon the established change management process to ensure optimal resource allocation and change impacts fully communicated to all stakeholder groups.
        • Lead relevant working groups for change initiatives to ensure projects are completed on time and there is effective and transparent communication to all stakeholders.
        • Engaging stakeholders relevant to a change initiative to ensure requirements, responsibilities and deliverables are clear.
        • Steer prioritization of change efforts in ECRM on new LOB initiatives and / or products, bank wide strategic initiatives and new regulatory requirements.
        • Documenting, tracking initiatives, preparing updates to management and stakeholders.
        • Provide escalations and updates on change initiatives.
        • Identifying synergies and overlap in projects and change requests from all stakeholder groups so as to meaningfully assess change impact and benefits to the wider ECRM organization.
        • Assisting with ad hoc assignments that may be subject matter based.
        • Collaborate with all groups in the wider Wells Fargo LOB groups on projects that impact Counterparty Risk Management group.Posting Location(s):
