to the right place. JOB OVERVIEW
Reporting to the SVP of Strategic Initiatives & Integration, this
individual will lead the Integration Management Office, responsible
for coordinating and managing the integration of AvidXchange
mergers & acquisitions. This individual will lead the integration
processes in partnership with divisional and functional leadership
to translate the M&A objectives into project goals, plans, and
actions. This role will coordinate a virtual team of integration
resources responsible for managing multiple integration processes
and developing the business capability of Integration Management,
providing virtual leadership in the business focused on acquisition
integration. In addition, this person will be responsible for
developing and monitoring success metrics across all aspects of
performance management to ensure the realization of stated results
including responsibility for achieving synergies. This role will
also be responsible for driving and supporting large integration
projects, brokering decisions with appropriate stakeholders,
identifying cross-functional dependencies and issues, and
escalating risks. Additionally, the role will have primary
responsibility for relationship management during the integration
period with the target company. Further, they will be accountable
for Performance Scorecards to be delivered to stakeholders
including the board of Directors.The ideal candidate must thrive in
a fast-paced environment, manage through ambiguity and complexity,
and support multiple, simultaneous projects.
