Reporting to the SVP of Strategic Initiatives & Integration, this individual will be part of the Integration Management Office, responsible for working with key stakeholders in the organization to assess the performance of new acquisitions throughout the integration period. This individual will partner with Corporate Development, Finance, Talent, Business Insights and Analytics, and other key stakeholders to identify, develop, and report upon on defined success metrics of each acquisition. Additionally, this individual will continually monitor all aspects of performance in effort to ensure realization of stated results.
Job Responsibilities
Translate deal model targets & assumptions into tangible business objectives.

Identify/create metrics to monitor performance against the objectives.

Integrate measures into appropriate systems of record (Finance, HR, Sales, etc.)

Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for Executive management team, department heads & Board of Directors.

Research and prepare variance analysis. Work with business leaders to document.

Support the routine forecasting and annual budgeting process for Operational, Capital and Amortized Expenses.

Develop into subject matter expert for financial integration requirements.

Drive analysis for business case evaluations.

Perform other ad hoc business analysis
Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
A minimum of three (3) years of financial analysis experience, preferably in

$500M+ software business (preferably including Software-as-a-Service and transactional revenue models)Bachelor's degree with a major in Accounting or FinanceMust have demonstrated the highest levels of mastery of Microsoft ExcelKnowledge of accounting, reporting, forecasting/business intelligence systemsIntermediate database skills, as well as familiarity with other Microsoft Office products and corporate ERP systemsAbility to perform effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environmentUnquestioned professional integrityExceptional oral and written communication skills necessary with an ability to effectively deliver messages to large groups, executives, and board membersDeep Excel skills including building financial and sensitivity models, joining multiple data sources, verifying data integrity and use of advanced Excel functionsComfortable balancing numerous projects and priorities in a fast-paced ambiguous environmentStrong business acumen and confidence to work across all levels of the businessPreferred Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
Master's degree in finance, quantitative analytics or business

5+ years of corporate development, private equity, investment banking or other transaction-related experience

5+ years of experience leading teams including recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring direct employees

High proficiency with valuation modeling and techniques

Deep understanding of the economic drivers behind a variety of business models
