Description:Responsibilities:- Provide second-level technical support to applications, resolving escalated issues efficiently and effectively -Collaborate closely with Tier 1 support and other internal teams to investigate and diagnose complex technical problems - Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools (Python, Bash, Powershell) to streamline support processes and enhance system monitoring - Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurring issues- Act as a subject matter expert for our contact center technologies (NICE and Nexidia), ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance - Proactively identify opportunities to improve application stability, performance, and user experience -Document troubleshooting procedures, solutions, and best practices for knowledge-sharing and training purposes -Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed (1 week every 2 months)Requirements:-Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field-3+ years of experience in Application Support or a similar role-Strong proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, and/or Powershell-Solid understanding of contact center technologies, with hands-on experience with NICE and/or Nextiva-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail-Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentSkills:scripting, application support, powershell, troubleshooting, contact centre, python, azure, azure automation, sre, contact center, NICE, NexidiaTop Skills Details:scripting,application support,powershell,troubleshooting,contact centre,pythonAdditional Skills & Qualifications:AutomationSubject Matter ExpertExperience Level:Intermediate Level
