Job Description:
Position: AVP, Technology Product Manager (Charlotte, North
Carolina) Duties: Oversee end-to-end technical delivery of multiple
projects for Risk and Regulatory portfolios following the enterprise software
development life cycle methodology and practices. Perform project
initiation, charter preparation, planning, resource management, process
management/modelling, software and hardware procurement and risk analysis/management.
Conduct change management, defect/incidence and release co-ordination
using HP Service manager/desk, Service Catalogue, and TFS and other
relevant tools. Utilize Agile methodologies to facilitate Agile integration
and transformation within current process models. Create budgets,
financial reporting, estimation, forecasting utilizations & trends
analysis using Innotas as a core project task, timeline, finance and staff
management tools. Impart technology management and integration skills. Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign education equivalent)
in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business
Administration, Management, Information Systems or a related field and four (4)
years’ experience in technology product management for e-commerce
applications in financial domain; or, in the alternative, a Bachelor’s degree
(or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical
Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Information Systems or a related
field and six (6) years’ experience as indicated above. Also requires: demonstrated expertise (DE) performing large
portfolio end- to end project management using Agile and Waterfall
methodologies; DE analyzing, developing, and implementing web-based and client
server applications using .Net technologies including ASP.Net, C#.Net,
JavaScript and REST services; DE performing business stakeholder
management, including working with internal or external clients to understand
portfolios, develop storyboards, groom requirements, and plan schedule & releases;
DE managing technology projects, including analyzing resource needs,
integrating with third-party vendor providers, creating time and budget
estimates, performing risk assessments, and creating project schedules; DE
developing assessment criteria for User Acceptance Testing; DE performing
defect management and coordinating with QA team throughout
development, deployment, and post-production cycles; and DE utilizing MS
Project and Innotas to perform budgeting and project management
